Gooey House of Rolls (“we”) bakes and sells cinnamon rolls in Brașov, Romania. This notice explains what personal data we handle when you visit this site or place an order, and the rights you have under the GDPR.

What we collect
When you order we receive the name, phone number or email address you send us, the items and quantities you chose, and whether you want pickup or delivery with a preferred time. On the site itself we store your language and your basket in your own browser.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
To take, prepare and hand over your order (performance of a contract), to reply to your messages (legitimate interest), to keep basic bookkeeping records (legal obligation), and — only with your consent — to measure traffic and campaigns.
Ordering through WhatsApp or email
Our main ordering channel is WhatsApp. When you tap “Order on WhatsApp”, a message is pre-filled in your own app and nothing is sent until you press send. That conversation is then also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy terms. The email fallback works the same way through your mail app.
Who else sees your data
Our website host, our database and messaging providers, and — if you choose delivery — the courier. We never sell your data and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as accounting rules require, then deleted. Cookie preferences are stored for 12 months. Your language and basket stay in your browser until you clear them.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer. You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP).
